Operator Responsibilities
Operators must keep information accurate, respect customer contact preferences, avoid spam, protect access credentials and use approved templates only for their intended operational purpose.
Service Availability
InterMax Rovira may update, suspend or adjust features to preserve security, compliance, quality of service and operational continuity.
Meta Platform Rules
Template sending, conversation windows, message delivery and pricing are subject to Meta rules, API limits, WhatsApp Business Platform policies and account review requirements.
